Rob at the Counter
Friendly, expert service is the watchword at Applause. We don't know how Rob manages to keep track of all the questions and requests for help - but he does.
 
As resident Art Gallery operator and High End Audio expert, Rob doesn't stand for second rate art OR second rate sound - but don't expect to see him sitting down much! Caught by surprise on a recent Saturday, Rob was constantly on his feet, helping a steady stream of dedicated customers who came in to check out components for their homes, apartments, and yes- art studios.
 
There's plenty of accessories and analog goodies stocked behind the counter. Why look - there's even an old Grace 707 tonearm up there on the shelf behind the counter - brand new and still in the box!! We haven't seen one of those since the glory days of TAS in the 1970s!
