Hot red vinyl!

No, it's not licorice, it's the trim from that beautiful red vinyl record that's just been born - and is still hot to the touch! This is the excess vinyl from the "biscuit," after it's been pressed into a record. It all goes into that collection bin, after which it's then cleaned and recycled. Notice that the record already has its label in place - put there by the machine, all in the same operation. Also, notice the excellent condition of the press- and the general cleanliness of the record plant. Only a first-rate operation like RTI can put out the best vinyl in the world!
